Neck & Upper Limb Pain

Neck & Upper Limb Pain
Neck Pain
Having the weight of the head on the slender, mobile structure of the neck makes it vulnerable to injury and posture related pain. This can be categorised into acute or chronic pain and physiotherapy can effectively tackle both problems.

Upper Limb Pain
The upper limb includes the joints of the shoulder, elbow, wrist and fingers along with soft tissue and nerve structures in between. Injuries to any of these can result in pain or stiffness that limits activity e.g. frozen shoulder, tennis/golfers elbow. Detailed assessment and a restorative action plan can easily rectify the situation to aid and facilitate the road to recovery.
